Connect Call Recording System Upgrade

We will be performing maintenance to upgrade the systems that provide Call Recording features to our clients. Please note that no impact to Calls is expected, however, during the time that the system is under maintenance some recordings may be lost or significantly delayed before becoming visible in the Connect Portal.
