Please note that we are aware of the following issue that may affect some of your accounts:

- Emails delivery getting delayed to Outlook.com and Hotmail.com public domains email addresses. This is affecting mostly voicemail notifications or account email notifications.

As work around for voicemail access, you can always access your voicemail mailbox using *98 code on you Cloudli phone.

We are actively working with our partner Microsoft to resolve the problem.
